Model Northrop F - 5 je polomaketa amerického stíhacího letadla poháněného elektrodmychadlem Vasafan 65. / The Northrop F - 5 model is a semi mock-up of an US fighter plane, driven by the Vasafan 65 electric ducted fan.
Stavebnice je dodávána v provedení ARC. Model je určen zkušenějším modelářům a to především z důvodu pilotáže. Model tohoto druhu se musí neustále řídit. Velice dobře a rychle reaguje na pohyb kormidel a to vyžaduje pevnou ruku, jemné korekce a promyšlené obraty. Northrop je dodáván v bílé lepenkové krabici s přelepkou. Northrop je možné připravit k letu během 2-3 večerů.
The building kit is delivered in the ARC arrangement. The model is intended for more experienced modelers, owing mainly to reasons of piloting it. A model of this kind must be kept under tight control at all times. It responds rapidly and well to any movement of rudder and flaps, and this requires a steady hand, fine-tuned corrections, and well thought out, sensible manoeuvers. Northrop is delivered in a white cardboard box with a label. Northrop can be readied for flight within the span of 2-3 evenings.

K pohonu modelu je možné použít motory řady 400-480. F-5 létá i s motorem Speed 400 6v, ale pokud budete po modelu požadovat aby se co nejvíce podobal své velké předloze, budete muset použít střídavý motor např. Mega Ac 1615/2 a deset článků Sanyo 1600 mAh. S touto konfigurací model zvládá i vertikální obraty.
The model can also be driven with series 400-480 motors. The F-5 will also fly if equipped with type Speed 400 6v motor but should you require the model be as similar as possible to its full-sized counterparts you will have to install an a.c. motor such as Mega Ac 1615/2, and ten cells of Sanyo 1600 mAh. In this configuration the model will also master vertical turns.
